The petitioner was absent on several occasions and hence, the writ petition came to be dismissed for want of prosecution, but was restored by an order of 12th December, 2014. The petitioner did not take steps to serve respondent nos. 3 and 4 and this resulted in the dismissal of the petition against the contesting respondents. The order to that effect is passed on 16th September, 2014, after which, a civil application was moved by the petitioner's advocate to recall that order. We have been noticing that thereafter, this petition was listed from time to time and from 2015-16 itself. No interest has been shown to argue this case. It came to be listed for final disposal at admission stage on 30th September, 2016. Thereafter, it has been listed today with the same appearances. 3.
