At the relevant time, the petitioner wanted treatment in J. J. Hospital, Mumbai. However, his request was not favourably considered and he was taken to Sassoon Hospital.

In our opinion, it is for the concerned authority to decide whether to take the petitioner to J. J. Hospital or to Sassoon Hospital keeping in view his ailment. We do not find it appropriate to issue any mandatory direction to the respondents to take the petitioner to any particular hospital. 3.
