1] The learned counsel for the Applicant fairly states that during the pendency of Bail Application charge-sheet came to be filed and the Applicant approached the Sessions Court, with result that his Application was rejected.

In the wake of above, the present Application cannot be entertained.

2] The Applicant, however, is at liberty to bring out fresh application challenging the order of the Sessions Court rejecting his Bail Application after filing of charge-sheet.

Accordingly, application is disposed off.
