It reveals from the record that the suit which is pending before the learned trial Court is of the year 2015. The present Appeal is preferred against the order passed by the learned trial Court rejecting the interim relief. This Appeal can be disposed of by directing the learned trial Court to dispose of the Notice of Motion.

Accordingly, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the Notice of Motion within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Till the disposal of the Notice of Motion, the interim relief granted earlier shall continue to operate.

It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and all contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.
In view of the disposal of the Appeal from Order, the pending Civil Application does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
