By this civil application, applicant is seeking to set aside the order dated 09.01.2018 passed by the learned Registrar by which the Civil Revision Application stands dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the only office objection was that to file application for condonation of delay in filing Civil Revision Application. He submits that Civil Application No. 483 of 2018 is already filed for condonation of delay. He submits that in this way all office objections were removed by the applicant. Statement is accepted.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, in the interest of justice this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the order dated 09.01.2018 passed by the learned Registrar and restore the Civil Revision Application to file for hearing on its own merits. 5.
Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant and statement made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for following order :- a) Order dated 09.01.2018 passed by the learned Registrar is set aside.
b) Civil Revision Application No. 220 of 2017 is restored to file for hearing on its own merits. (K.K. TATED, J.) S.C.Magar
