The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that this matter went unattended, as group of matters were filed, so he prays that the Petition be restored.

In view of this, the order dated 12th October, 2001 of dismissing the Writ Petition is hereby recalled. Writ Petition is restored to its original file along with the interim order, if any, passed therein.
