This Application is made by wife for restoration of Civil Application No.2/2015 which stood dismissed in view of order dated 11.01.2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant, after taking instructions from her client who is present in court, makes a statement that the Applicant undertakes to serve a copy of the Civil Application Basavraj G Patil 1/2

17.70.18-cam No.2/2015 along with the Family Court Appeal on the Respondent within two weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

In view these facts, following order is passed: a.

Delay in making the Civil Application is condoned.

b.

The order dated 11.01.2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. c.

Civil Application No.2/2015 is restored to file for hearing on restricts.

d.

The Applicant to complete service in Civil Application No.2/2015 on the Respondent along with entire proceedings by way of private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect within two weeks from today.

e.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
