Today, the matter is fixed in order to ascertain whether the victim of POCSO offence is served or not. For want of instructions learned APP could not verify this fact. However, it is submitted by learned APP that during pendency of this Application, the chargesheet is filed. 2.

Already there is interim protection granted to the Applicant as per order dated 6th March 2020. As the charge-sheet is filed there is no question of custodial interrogation of the Applicant. In view of 1/2
