The dispute has been settled in the lumpsum amount of Rs. 1,20,000/- inclusive of principal and interest. The Claimant's widow is present in Court.

There is a separate pending application for bringing on record the heirs and legal representatives of the original Claimant. That order will be formally passed in the regular Court. 8th July 2017

List the matter on the supplementary board of 11th July 2017. The Claimant will file a formal Civil Application for bringing on record the heirs and legal representatives.
