The petition was disposed on on July 17, 2018 pursuant to consent terms. One of the terms was for the party in person is permitted to withdraw 40% of the amount deposited in this Court.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the present application that since the petitioner has deposited the amount in

2 13) caw691-19.doc the Labour Court and not this Court, as such, he has sought direction that the Labour Court be directed to release the amount to the extent of 40% as ordered on July 17, 2018. Since the contentions in the application are not controverted, it will be appropriated, in my opinion, to modify the order dated July 17, 2018 as under:- " Instead of the word 'Registry' appearing in para 3 of page 2, the same be substitute by 'Labour Court'.

The application stands disposed of.
