This Civil Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Appellant - Gajanan Shankar Tharval. The Appellant passed away on 8th January 1998. There is considerable delay in filing the Application.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents strongly opposes the application.

However, for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (aa). 5.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
