The Petitioner has preferred an application for parole on the ground of illness of his mother. The said application came to be rejected by order dated 18th March, 2013. The Appeal preferred by the Petitioner against the said rejection order also came to be dismissed. Hence, the present Petition.

It is seen that the Petitioner had sought parole on the ground of 1/2 WP-702-14==.doc
illness of his mother in the year 2013. As we are now in the year 2015, this Petition would become infructuous. However, if the mother of the Petitioner is at present suffering from some illness or there is some other ground on which the Petitioner can seek parole, it would be open to the Petitioner to prefer a fresh application for parole. 4.
In case such application is preferred, the concerned authorities shall deal with it as expeditiously as possible. 5.
