By the above Misc. Civil Application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Applicant-wife seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No. 2/16/B filed by the Respondent-husband and pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mapusa-Goa at Goa to the Family Court, Thane. 2.
Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed :
i.
Since both the parties are highly qualified, they have agreed to conduct the proceedings though Video Conferencing.
ii.
Both the parties agree that they shall not seek adjournments and shall proceed with the matter on the given dates. The Court shall also not grant adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary.
