Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This Application is filed for relaxation of the condition of attendance as imposed by the order dated 10 February 2021 passed by the Ad-Hoc Assistant Sessions Judge, Panvel, Raigad and also for permission to travel abroad.

The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has not applied to the Department of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) for such permission to travel abroad. In fact, the order dated 10 February 2021 shows that the Applicant was directed not to leave India without prior permission of the DRI. Faced with this, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, states that the Applicant shall file proper Application before the DRI for such permission.

If such Application is filed, the DRI shall decide the same on its own merits as expeditiously as possible.

In so far as the condition of attendance is concerned, the same is relaxed, subject to the condition that the Applicant shall report to the DRI as and when required by the DRI authorities. 6.

The Criminal Application is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
