This Civil Application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed vide order dated 17.4.2017 for want of compliance of office objections. It is also prayed that the delay of 312 days in filing this application be condoned. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there was an inadvertent delay and he is ready to comply with the office objections within a week from today. He prays that the Writ Petition be restored to file.

Considering the submissions, the delay of 312 days is condoned and the conditional order dated 17.4.2017 is hereby set aside and the Writ Petition is restored to its file, on condition that the office objections shall be removed within a week from today, failing which the Writ Petition to stand dismissed automatically, without any reference to the Court.
