By the present Petition, Petitioner has prayed for furlough leave as he had become entitled and eligible on 27th October, 2010. Due to efflux of time the present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.

However, we grant liberty to Petitioner to file a fresh Application to furlough leave as may be permissible under the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959.
