After arguing at length, the learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application. It is fairly mentioned that in the present case i.e. Special (POSCO) Case No. 39 of 2017 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Satara, one witness has been examined. Since the trial has commenced, the learned Special Court shall make every endeavour to conclude recording of evidence as far as possible by 31st August 2018.
