The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has stood dismissed by a Learned Single Judge of this court. The said order mandated the removal of the office objections by the Petitioner within two weeks. On default being committed by the Petitioner the conditional order became operative resulting in the dismissal of the above Petition. Since the Petition has been dismissed on a technical ground, it would be just and proper to grant a final opportunity to the Petitioner. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed resultantly the Writ Petition is restored to file. The office objections to be removed during the course of the week. If the office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the above Petition would once again stand dismissed for non prosecution. If the office objections are removed, list the Petition for admission after one week. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
