Learned counsel appearing for Union of India submitted that, in view of Notification dated 5th February 2016 issued by the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), the jurisdiction to file a complaint under the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002 (for short, "P.M.L.A. Act") for the districts mentioned in the Table at Sr.No.14 (First Part) is with the Designated Judge of City Civil Court and Additional Sessions Judges, Greater Mumbai. 2.
In view thereof, Mr.Uday Badadare, Petitioner-in-person, submitted that, he will withdraw the complaint bearing Criminal Complaint No. 143 of 2021 pending on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Satara, and will file it before the concerned Designated Court at Mumbai. Petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with the said liberty, as noted earlier.
