This application is preferred by the landlord for early hearing of Writ Petition no. 1767 of 2014 which was admitted by this Court on 03.04.2014. Office note shows that till today the petitioner has not supplied the copies of petition. Hence, notices are not issued to the Respondents.

Considering this fact, I do not find any substance in the present Civil Application.

Hence, following order.

a) Civil Application stands dismissed.
