2] The order impugned is dated 13/1/2020 passed below Exhibit-15.

3] Proceedings are in relation to granting access to the minor daughter Myra.

4] Non-applicant-mother has consented for granting regular access to the Petitioner on Sunday between 11.00 A.M. and 8.00 P.M. 5] In that view of the matter, clause 2 of the impugned order stands modified as under.

58. WP-2747-2020.doc 6] Petitioner is directed to give week end access of minor daughter Myra to the Respondent-father on every Sunday between 11.00 A.M. and 8.00 P.M.

7] Similarly clause 4 of the impugned order stands modified to the extent of time as modified above.

8] As far as grant of overnight access is concerned, let the aforesaid order of limited access on week ends and festivals be enjoyed by the Petitioner and let there be counseling of the child Myra on the said issue. Once she consents for overnight stay with the Respondentfather, Respondent-father will be at liberty to approach Family Court for modification of the impugned order.
