This is an application for modification order passed by the Sessions Court dated 18th February, 2021. Therein, the applicant was released on 20th February, 2021 for attending religious ritual of his demise mother under the police escort.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant had attended the funeral under police escort and he was charged Rs.28,000/-. It is difficult for the applicant to pay an amount of Rs.28,000/- per day. Hence the order be modified directing that bail is granted to applicant without escort for attending the rituals of 13th day on account of demise of his mother.

It is not possible to consider such request. There is no reason to interfere in the order passed by Sessions Court. The Digitally signed by RajeP.
