2] Even on the previous dates, none have appeared for the petitioners. Accordingly, notice was issued to the petitioners. Notice has returned unserved with the bailiff's remark that the petitioner no. 1 has expired. The Civil Application filed for bringing legal heirs of respondent no. 7 came to be dismissed for non prosecution by order dated 29 June 2007.

3] In such circumstances, it does appear that even the surviving petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing the present petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
