This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal challenging the judgment and order of conviction passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli, wherein the appellant is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, vide judgment and order dated 31st January, 2017. There is delay of 293 days. The appeal has been filed through Legal Aid. 2.

For the reasons assigned in the application, the delay of 293 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. 3.

Application stands disposed of.
