Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring an appeal against the order dated 5th October,2015 passed by the learned Judge of the Family Court, Solapur. By the said order, interim maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 has been granted. 2.

The impugned order is an interlocutory order. Hence, an appeal under Sub-section (1) of Section 19 of the Family Courts Act,1984 is not maintainable. Hence, we disposed of this application
