In furtherance of the order dated 16/1/2019 passed by this Court, affidavit has been filed by the petitioners and their customers stating that the oil manufactured was as per requirement.

Criminal Application has been filed to point out that in the meanwhile chargesheet has also been presented to the trial court. In view of the same, Criminal Application is allowed. The necessary nilegaonkar 1/2

Issue notice to respondents on Criminal Writ Petition returnable on 11/6/2019.
