Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Counsel for the applicants and Ms. Kharat, learned Counsel for the respondent. 2.

These Civil Applications are filed;

[1] for condoning delay in filing Civil Revision Applications; [2] for setting aside order dated 16th January, 2017; 23rd January, 2017 and 23rd November, 2017 and [3] for restoration of Civil Revision Applications and permitting them to remove office objections.

Mr. Shaikh states that within two weeks from today, he will remove office objections.

In view of the statement made and for the reasons set out in the Civil Applications, Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs.. Civil Revision Applications are restored to its original position. Applicants to remove office objections within two weeks from today, failing which, orders dated 16th January, 2017, 23rd January, 2017 and 23rd November, 2017 shall stand revived without further reference of the Court. Order accordingly.
