By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner defendant nos.1 and 2 challenges the order dated 1.12.2012 passed by District Judge-1, Vaduj below Exhibit-1 in Civil Miscellaneous (Delay) Application no.18 of 2012 dismissing defendant nos.1 and 2's application for condonation of delay in filing Review Application.
