This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court (Coram:Revati Mohite Dere,J.)

Learned APP on the instructions of the officer who is present in the Court states that trial of the applicant has commenced and that five witnesses in the said case have already been examined and seven more witnesses are to be examined in the said case. The said statement is accepted. 4.

Considering the fact, that the trial has already commenced, no interference is warranted.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
