P.C.:- By the present Petition, the Petitioner has prayed that, his trial arising out of C.R. No.I-385 of 2014 registered with Kharghar Police Station, Navi Mumbai be separated and expedited. 2) It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, co-accused Mr. Zorrawar Singh is a habitual offender and is reported to be absconding in various cases and therefore his trial may be separated. 3) Petitioner is at liberty to file an Application for separation of his trial before the trial Court.

It is needless to mention that, the trial Court will consider the said Application on its own merits.

4) In view of above, nothing survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
