Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Learned AGP waives service on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. Heard finally by consent of learned counsel and learned AGP appearing for the respective parties. 2.

The claim of the petitioner for Koli Mahadev- Scheduled Tribe is pending before the Scrutiny Committee for verification and issuance of validity certificate from 26th June, 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted reply to the police vigilance cell report and the matter is to be heard and order is required to be passed. 3.

The petitioner is desirous of getting admission in Engineering Course commencing from the academic session 2020-2012 against the seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe category and, therefore, there is an urgency of deciding the claim of the petitioner.

In view of above, this writ petition is allowed. The Scrutiny Committee is directed to take decision in the matter on or before 31st May, 2020, and communicate the order to the petitioner.
