The above Writ Petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR being C.R.No.0466 of 2017 registered with Kharghar Police Station, Navi Mumbai on 21st December, 2017. A reading of the FIR discloses that prima facie the ingredients of the offences alleged against the Petitioners are made out.

We, therefore, do not deem this a fit case to exercise our Writ Jurisdiction at this stage. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. The interim order stands vacated.
