P.C.:- The Applicant, through his counsel, had made a statement before this Court on 20th February 2018 that he will deposit the alleged defalcated amount of Rs.40,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court on or before 28th February, 2018. The note put up by the Registry mentions that the Applicant till date has not deposited the said amount. Thus, it is clear that with a view to procure the interim relief, the Applicant had made a false statement before this Court. As the Applicant has failed to honour his statement made before this Court on 20th February 2018, the interim relief granted by this Court by order dated 20th February 2018 is hereby vacated. As a consequence thereof, the Application is dismissed. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 1/1
