The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that in pursuance of the order impugned in this Petition, the remanded proceedings have already been disposed of by the Tahsildar. Further, the petitioners have also instituted Appeal against the decision of the Tahsildar.

In the aforesaid circumstances, it will not be appropriate to entertain the present Petition. Instead all contentions of all parties on the merits left open to be decided by the Appellate Authority in the Appeal instituted by the petitioners. Liberty as aforesaid, present Petition is disposed of.
