In view of the 'Not Before' order passed by this Court (Coram:A.S.Gadkari, J.), vide order dated 5th March, 2018, the aforesaid application, is placed before this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the Applicant seeks expeditious disposal of S.C.C. Nos.19289 of 2015, 19290 of 2015 and 19291 of 2015, which

2/3 are pending before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune District Court, Shivaji Nagar, Pune.

Perused the papers. It appears that there is no progress made in the trial of the aforesaid 3 cases, despite the fact that the aforesaid complaints filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, are of the year 2009.

Considering the aforesaid and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:-

ORDER

i) The trial of S.C.C. Nos.19289 of 2015, 19290 of 2015 and 19291 of 2015, which are pending before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune District Court, Shivaji Nagar, Pune, are expedited;

ii) The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune District Court, Shivaji Nagar, Pune, shall dispose of the aforesaid cases, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within 6 months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 7.
