This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in MECR NO.4/2014 dated 9.3.2014 registered with Paydhoni Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application.

2) The applicant in ABA No.133/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served on the learned counsel for the complainant within the said stipulated period. 3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
