P.C.:- By the present Appeal, the Appellant/Original Plaintiff has impugned Order dated 2nd February, 2015 passed in Notice of Motion No. 1159 of 2014 in L.C. Suit No. 825 of 2014, by the Judge of the City Civil Court, Greater Mumbai.

The record indicates that, by an Order dated 9th March, 2015, this Court granted ad-interim relief in favour of the Appellant and the same has been continued from time to time.

ssm 2 26-ao399.15.doc As the Suit filed by the Appellant is of the year 2014, it will be appropriate to direct the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Mumbai seized of L.C. Suit No. 825 of 2014 to expedite the hearing of the said Suit and to make an endeavour to dispose it off within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of the present Order. Till disposal of the said Suit, ad-interim relief granted by an Order dated 9th March, 2015, to remain in operation. Appeal is disposed off, in the aforesaid terms. In view of disposal of the Appeal itself, Civil Application No. 380 of 2015 does not survive and is also disposed off. by Sanjiv S.
