2. The applicant seeks pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. I-119 of 2018 registered at Jaykheda Police Station, Taluka Satana, District Nashik for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. He had applied for the pre-arrest bail before the Additional Sessions Judge, Malegaon at Nashik and was granted ad-interim protection on certain terms. One of the condition was that applicant 1/2

908. ABA 555 of 2020.odt shall attend concerned police station on every first and third Sunday before the investigating officer. Since the applicant did not attend the police station, the learned Additional Sessions Judge rejected his bail plea by order dated 15th January, 2020.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts since the applicant had did not obey the rule, I am not inclined to entertain this application. For the reasons stated, the application is rejected.
