The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 35 of 2014, registered with Koparkhairane Police Station, Navi Mumbai, punishable under Sections 376 (2)(n), 417 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the last occasion, the matter was adjourned as the notarized documents in relation to certain development were to be produced.

Dusane 2/2 33 ABA 396.2019.doc Without commenting anything on the genuineness of the said documents and the contents thereof, learned APP, on instructions, from the Investigating officer submits that the investigation is completed and charge-sheet will be fled within a fortnight. Since the statement is made on instructions from the Investigating Officer, same is accepted.

Learned APP in view of above informs that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. That being so, the application has rendered infructuous. The application is disposed of as infructuous. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. )
