P.C. :- After hearing the matter for some time, learned Counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to avail remedy under Rule 15 of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014. Leave granted as prayed for. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the case and all contentions of the parties are left open.

Till 23 February 2024, the respondent shall not take coercive action against the appellants.
