P.C.:- This is an Application for cancellation of Anticipatory Bail Application granted to the Respondents by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in ABA No. 2616 of 2017 by its Order dated 5th February, 2018.

Mr. Mundargi, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of the Application, police have submitted charge-sheet and the Respondents have now released on regular bail.

In view of the above, the present Application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
