The Interim Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 1 year 44 days in filing the Second Appeal. The Application is opposed by the learned Counsel appearing for the contesting Respondent. It appears that the impugned judgment has been passed by the First Appellate Court on 12 October 2020 and on account of Covid-19 pandemic the Appellant could not file the Appeal within time.
