"Matter to be dismissed for nonprosecution where copies of paper-book etc. are not filed within time." Hence, learned Advocate for Appellant is directed to deposit paper book charge in the Lower Court, within 04 weeks, failing which First Appeal would stand dismissed without further reference to
the Court of Registrar (Judl.II).
