1] This is an application for intervention by the original complainant namely Shri Naresh C. Aswani in CR No.I-162 of 2017 registered with Hill Line Police Station, Ulhasnagar, District Thane. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

2] Applicant in A.B.A. No.225 of 2018 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant Shri Naresh C. Aswani as respondent No.2. Amendment be carried out within 2 weeks from today and amended copy of the application be served upon the Advocate for the respondent No.2 within same stipulated period.
