Chapter VII, Rule 10, sub rule (vi), of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 quotes : "Matters to be dismissed for non-prosecution where copies of paper-book etc. are not filed within time". Hence, learned Advocate for Appellant is directed to deposit paper book charges in the Lower Court, within 04 weeks, failing which First Appeal would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court of Registrar (Judl. II).
