By an order dated 15th September 2015, this Court (Coram A.R.Joshi, J) observed that the applicant could apply for expeditious hearing of the Appeal in due course of time. The Court has, in the said order indicated that the applicant's was not a fit case for grant of bail, pending Appeal.

As such, a reconsideration of the same prayer is uncalled for. Needless to say that the applicant can always seek expeditious hearing and disposal of the Appeal. Application is disposed of as follows:

However, the hearing of the Appeal is ordered to be expedited. The same be listed for final hearing in the month of July 2016.
