By this civil application, the applicants have filed this civil application for bringing the legal heirs of the petitioner no.1 on record, who expired on 7th December, 2016.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and have perused the averments made in the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. 3.

The civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
