This application is for recalling the order dated 30.10.2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II). The applicant was given 4 weeks time for payment of Bhatta, failing which the Misc. Civil Application to stand dismissed as against the respondent. Since Bhatta charges were not paid, the Misc.Civil Application

CAO/37/2015 stood dismissed.

The present application is taken out for recalling the order dated 30.10.2014 after condoning delay of 82 days. Since notices were not issued to the respondent, for the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a) and (b) and Misc. Civil Application No.109 of 2014 is restored to the file of this Court.
