Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted before this Court that the Petition was filed on the ground that the concerned Tribunal Armed Forces Tribunal at Mumbai was not functioning at the relevant time. Learned Counsel submitted that recently, it is informed that the said Tribunal started its functioning. As such the grievance in the Petition no more survives. Learned Counsel on this submission, prays for withdrawal of the Petitioner. Prayer for withdrawal is allowed. The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
