Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in six FIRs registered against the petitioners, charge-sheets are filed. In remaining near about six cases, the investigation is going on. It is submitted that in the interest of prosecution, it would be advisable to direct that all these cases be tried in one court.

Learned APP, on written instructions, submits that the prosecution is not interested to conduct the cases in one court. The prosecution would produce the evidence in respective courts as and when cases are taken up for trial. Even otherwise, in near about six cases, the investigation is said to

In the facts, we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction.

Petition is disposed of.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks liberty to apply before the appropriate court for filing an application under Sections 406 & 407 of Cr. P. C. The petitioners may resort to appropriate remedy as permissible in law.
